These Terms of Service govern your use of the Zeity booking platform (hereinafter "Service"). By accessing or using Zeity, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
Zeity is an online appointment booking platform. Business owners create an account to set up shareable booking pages. Clients can book appointments through these pages without requiring account registration. Moon Regents provides the platform as-is and makes no warranties about service availability or fitness for any particular purpose, except as required by law.
When you book an appointment through Zeity: • You are entering into a legally binding contract with the business owner • The business owner's terms and cancellation policy also apply • Appointment confirmations are sent via email • Submitting the booking form constitutes acceptance of these terms For business owners: By creating a booking page, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for your business's obligations to clients.
If you book an appointment online (as a client), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with German law (BGB §312g). The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the booking confirmation. However, if the appointment takes place before the 14-day period ends, your withdrawal right expires once the service begins. For appointments booked within 14 days of the appointment date, you must consent that the service may begin before the withdrawal period expires. To withdraw, contact the business owner using the details in your confirmation email.
Moon Regents provides this Service "as-is" without warranties. We are not responsible for: • Technical failures or downtime • Data loss or corruption • Business owner conduct or contract performance • Inaccurate or outdated appointment information • Third-party services used by the platform (Supabase, Resend) In no event shall Moon Regents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If you have a complaint: 1. Contact us first at info@zeity.me with details of your issue 2. We will respond within 30 days 3. If unresolved, you may pursue other remedies available under law We are not required to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings but will work with you in good faith to find a solution.
Your use of Zeity is also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://zeity.me/privacy). We process personal data only: • To provide the Service • To send appointment confirmations and reminders • As required by law You have the right to access, edit, and delete your personal data. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland). All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krefeld, Germany. By using this Service, you submit to the jurisdiction of German courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum.
